Description
Face Closed is a facial soap made with a blend of oils and activated charcoal, which provides the natural dark color of the soap. Activated charcoal has been around for centuries and is believed to be a detoxifying and purifying ingredient, making it a popular choice for facial soap.
Face Closed is scented with notes of sensual vanilla, cashmere musk, brushed suede, dark leather and myrrh.
Face Closed comes in an attractive pillow-box, with the soap marked as "evidence" for the face closed "file". 🙂 The soap itself comes out of the mold so shiny, I had to include a picture of it in its original form. Once unmolded, it's shrink-wrapped into a tamper-proof wrap. After all, evidence should be tamper-proof, right?
Each bar is hand-poured, so you should expect a small amount of variance in the size of each product. The mold for Face Closed typically holds between 2.8-3.1 oz. of soap.

I have always used face wash, but tried Face Closed on a whim. Consider me converted. The activated charcoal does a great job of keeping my oily skin in check without drying it out. It cleans out my pores, and leaves my skin feeling fresh. If you are used to face wash, give it a shot. (Oh, and I loved the great packaging. Very clever.)
